Uitval Shopping Centre

We are currently working on the development of a 8000m² centre in Uitval. There is a population of 100 000 people who have to travel +- 40km to the nearest town to do their shopping. We have secured an excellent 2ha site next to the taxi rank and are busy with the rezoning processes. Letting to begin in November 2015

eMondlo Shopping Centre:

We have secured a 13 000m² site in eMondlo. Emondlo is situated +-39km from Vryheid and has a population of 103 000 people who have no access to any retail outlets. We have finally secured Environmental approval for the project and have just begun letting a 6500m2 centre next to the new Taxi Rank and Thusong Centre.

Birdhaven Estate 

This exclusive boutique estate is situated in Sheffield beach and offers customers the joys of secure estate living within 5min walking distance to the beach.

BIRDhaven COUNTRY estate

Birdhaven Country Estate is located on a beautiful 58ha farm just off the N2 and only 4 kms from the Tiffany’s Shopping Centre. The Estate shares a boundary with the well-known Flag Animal Farm and what was the old Seaton Deleval Equestrian Estate. Our vision is to develop a Boutique Equestrian Estate offering people the chance of a country lifestyle within an urban area. There will be at least 10km of horse riding trails within the Estate and we plan to engage with neighbouring farms to secure certain rights of way so one can go for “outrides” to the beach or up into the surrounding hills.

We envisage a safe,  pet friendly environment, where kids have ample space to actively explore. The Estate will offer stabling for up to 40 horses as well as paddocks for grazing

With half the estate being left as “greenbelt” areas we hope to build a family of likeminded people focusing on the natural beauty and birdlife of the Estate.  

The proposed plots will be much larger than what is currently on the market on the North Coast, with an average plot size of almost 3000 m2. The first phase will launch in early 2016.
