Since the company’s inception we have viewed each and every community as a partner in the developments. During the construction of eSikhaweni Mall the developers helped build a Science Department at the local school. 

At Dube Village we helped relocate illegal home owners into RDP houses. 

At eSikhaleni Plaza we partnered with 10 local shop keepers and helped repaint and upgrade the old science block at the local school. 

At Umzimkhulu Mall we partnered with the owner of the land. We teamed up with the local taxi association and provided school clothes to some of the local school children. We also sponsored the local orphanages Christmas party every year.
