Graham Projects was founded by Michael Graham in 1996 as a development company whose primary interest was to develop shopping centres in rural markets. Since 1996 the company has developed 4 very successful shopping centres in towns such as Richards Bay, Kwa-Mashu and Umzimkhulu.
